The development of this tool was stopped. However, the license service is up and running, even you can't purchase new licenses. The already payed licenses are valid til they expire. If the GI admins decide to change things on the layout it might be the GIMS is not working anymore. There will be no adaption of GIMS in that case, since I don't own an account for testing the software. The source is not available anymore, and no new installations are possible from now.
