Get Satisfaction's Instant-On Help Center

An open source PHP web application (code name Sprinkles) that allows anyone to customize the core Get Satisfaction application any way they like. With the Help Center you can host an instance of Get Satisfaction for your company or product on your own website. You can control any aspect of the look and feel of the Get Satisfaction user experience. You are free to modify the Help Center in any way you want, including adding functionality or mashing it up with other internal systems or related communities. Brought to you by Get Satisfaction.

The Get Satisfaction Instant-On Help Center uses the Get Satisfaction APIs

A set of APIs that let you access the data inside Get Satisfaction, and let you and your users put data inside Get Satisfaction. If you want to change the functionality of the Help Center, you can use the APIs.

The good news: the API's are simple, clean, RESTful API's, and they should let you replicate almost all the functionality of Get Satisfaction from outside Get Satisfaction.

The challenge: this is the first outside use of the Get Satisfaction APIs, and they don't have a lot of documentation, and there are undoubtedly bugs and holes that you will stumble over. But Get Satisfaction has responsive developers who are eager for your feedback and want to fix any problems you run into.
