Introduction

The Plone Conosur community will be holding an i18n sprint during the Jornadas Regionales de Software Libre en Cordoba, Argentina. This page has more information on the sprint for those interested in attending.

What FacCsEc Plone i18n Sprint on GetPaid

Goal

Internationalize the GetPaid products!

How?

- Edit the templates to insert the necessary i18n tags.

- We are using the Plone Guidelines for Translators "Guide to Prefixes" to choose IDs for the tagged areas of the templates.

- We are using two domains: "plonegetpaid" (for all Plone-specific templates) and "getpaid" (for non-Plone, ie Zope-specific, templates)

Be Prepared!

Please either:

• Attend the Plone training (August 8), where there will be a section on i18n, or
• Learn Plone i18n on your own (see Plone i18n for developers or this short course)

• Check out GetPaid by either using the Dev site, trying the latest tarball of the products on your own Plone, or setting up the products with buildout (see DevGettingStarted).

• Sign up on the GetPaid-dev mailing list

• Read about the project at www.plonegetpaid.com

• Show up on time and be ready to learn and have fun :)
