This is an IPhone app, created so that when you dial a customer service number, the gethuman.com database page is searched, and if a match is found, you are prompted to tell you how to circumvent the phone menu.

The web site gethuman.com lists the steps to escape annoying phone menus when calling customer support phone lines. So, if you are calling a customer service number, you can dial that number using this app, and if this site contains instructions for that phone, you will be given the instructions that will lead you directly to speak with a human, such as "press 0 and then say 'customer server'".

After dialing a number. Here, I dialed Auto Zone customer support and the apps says that to reach a real person, instead of a phone menu, you should "Press 1; at prompt press 2; at prompt press 0".
