This is a library which was developed based on the paper http://www.scribd.com/doc/48697452/A-Generic-Genetic-Algorithm-using-Phenotype-Building-Functions by Marc Tanti at the University of Malta. The genetic algorithm is aimed to be easy to use and to abstract its process such that the user can utilize the genetic algorithm without having to understand genetic algorithms.
