GeekDNS was originally written for a web hosting company, to allow users to manage their DNS settings. The backend is PowerDNS with MySQL.

While it was fully functional on my servers, it wasn't written for general usage, unfortunately, so it's not very useful to third parties.

In other words, as of 2008-11, this project is a mere code dump. Move along.
