I would like for a new feed to be created for the Youtube Data API which
returns a list of videos from the subscriptions of a given user.

This would function similarly to the subscription_center page on the
Youtube site. The input parameter would be a username, and the feed would
simply grab all of that users' subscriptions, then output the videos from
each subscription.
