What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Import the test.mpp
2.Notice that the resource name does not appear on the Gantt view
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to see the resource column with resource data in the Gantt view as it
appears in MS Project

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Windows 7; MS Project 2000-2003
Please provide any additional information below.

Resource do appear in the resource view. If that's what not you want, can you
share a screenshot how it looks in MS Project?

I hope my understanding is correct that the request is to have a resource
column in the task table. It is not something specific to MS Project.

I would agree with your assessment. MS Project allows assignment and viewing of
the resource column in the task table and it is a very useful feature.

One more comment: It seems, for some reason, that a project file created in
projectlibre, exported to ms project and then imported into ganttproject has no
task coordinator listed for any task. When I modified the .gan file directly to
assign the sole resource as task coordinator, I was able to use the task
coordinator column in the task view for this purpose.
