When writing Proposals for 3 or 5 Years Projects, for  example EU projects, one 
has to provide gantt charts and in some cases perth diagrams for each 
Workpackge and the Overal Project. These Charts Sumarize the Workpackages and 
their Main tasks which last for at least half a year. Therefor it would be 
convenient to specify their duration and start dates( typically relative to a 
undefined month 0, see issues 85 and 201, of the project) in month instead of 
days.
