Purpose of code changes: Adding Task Cost display in chart based on assigned
Resources, through the use of an added attribute to HumanResource. Code works
(as far as i can tell) including saving and loading.
When reviewing my code changes, please be kind because:
Basically because I've never coded in Java before and that this is basically a
one day hack in code I've never looked into before. There are probably much
nicer ways to achieve what I'm aiming for but all i focused on was getting it
to work. Please, all constructive critics are appreciated because it will help
me learn.

This functionality is exactly what I'm looking for !
I'm project manager and it makes several months (to not say almost 2 years)
that I'm looking for a good project management tool : I'm almost there, but it
notably miss cost part...
With this functionality (cost by task based on resources cost assigned to a
task) a project manager will be able to have a view on project cost (forecast
cost according to task duration, "actual" cost according to progress %, "to be
done" cost according to difference).
Thanking you for the treatment of this new functionality.
