Changing the start date of a task on the gantt chart with a mouse requires
pixel-positioning because completion percentage change handler is very close
to the start date change handler.

Could be improved by using mouse-modifiers (Shift, Ctrl, Alt) for the two
functions. Also the possibility to move the whole task (start/end
synchronously, without modifying the total length) could be implemented on that
occasion.

You can move tasks using middle button.

Email answers do not seem to work, hence again:

Yes, works like a charm! :-)
