Alternative methods

First you need to import the gpg key:

rpm --import http://download.opensuse.org/openSUSE-Build-Service.asc

After this is done, you can install galaxium using the package manager of your choice

Zypper

Type the following commands in a terminal:

zypper sa -r http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/bmotmans/openSUSE_Factory/home:bmotmans.repo
zypper update
zypper install galaxium

Smart

Type the following commands in a terminal:

smart channel --add http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/bmotmans/openSUSE_Factory/home:bmotmans.repo
smart update
smart install galaxium

YaST

Add the following URL to YaST (Installation Source module -> Add -> By URL):

http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:bmotmans/openSUSE_Factory

YUM

Copy the file http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/bmotmans/openSUSE_Factory/home:bmotmans.repo to the directory /etc/yum.repos.d/

yum update
