A Web Map Service implementation for raster imagery, including a tile cache, for running on Google App Engine.

This software was used to produce data for a paper and presentation at COM.Geo 2010, which tested the characteristics of the WMS application.

Please note that neither the code nor the paper currently contains a link to the live server to avoid the possibility of users deliberately or accidentally using up the free quotas. (There is no access control on the live Web Map Service, to retain maximum compatibility with client software.)
