What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. The problem is I do not know how to take the source and plug it in to a
project.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Flex Builder 2 Standalone. Win XP

Please provide any additional information below.
Although I am new to Flex 2 (who isn't) I have done my homework and read
three of five flex manuals and still going through what I have left. I
understand what's going on it but I have not got to the point yet where I
know how to take the source files and integrate them into FB2 as a new or
into an existing project. A step by step instructional on integrating this
into an existing project is exactly what I need.

Specifically,
All the pages already exist. I have been given permission to modify them
and put the xml model in a script tag. But now I'm stuck on where to go
from here. How do I connect my mxml file to the jsp file? For example, I
want to make changes to the flex mxml, what do I do so that when I press
publish, it compiles my mxml into a swf and then previews the jsp page?
Temporarily it would be great to have these questions answered but I know a
tutorial would answer all of them.

PS Even if its a work in progress, crude rough draft or whatever, if
someone would please post *something*, I can get started and give feedback.
To ramble on endlessly, I am converting a really huge intranet (8000
employees, a well known phone company) that uses JSP and Struts to a Flex
UI. They have their project in Eclipse already but I am using the
standalone. I believe this may be one of the main target audiences for FXT
and might be a good starting point as this contract is proving.

If someone can do this immeadiately I can pay for your service. Contact me

This shows up here as type "Defect". I don't know how to change that? It should be
"support request". Thanks
