Allows creation of FUSE filesystems written in Erlang.

Comes in two pieces:

1. fuserldrv: architecture-dependent C driver
2. fuserl: architecture-independent Erlang code

Also available is the procfs-esque demo fuserlproc. A more extensive exercise of fuserl is walkenfs.
