FullTank simulates how different fueling strategies perform in terms of total fuel cost and total number of fuel tank fills.

For example, a simple "fuel when needed" strategy would be to fill up the gas tank when it is too low to last the day.

However, a better strategy (in terms of total cost) might be a) if fuel prices are about to go up, fill up the tank completely and b) if fuel prices are about to go down, fill up only the minimum needed to survive till the next price update.
