Once we have this feature in Fritzing, people will submit fab orders using it.
Ideally, fab will detect this and offer you to pick how many copies of each of the boards in the sketch one would like to order.

For now it's sufficient if the script detects the multiple boards and shows the total size of all boards.
There should be a little text that says "x number of boards in this sketch" or something like that.

P.S. This script needs to get updated:
trunk\ploneweb\src\fritzing.fab\fritzing\fab\getboardsize.py

I think the "ideally" part of letting the user select the individual count of each board in the file is some distance away, as it will need to be added to the data that is loaded back into the panelizer.
