Certain backgrounds make the solo accuracy display tough to read.

In the real RB2 game at least, a white-framed black box appears behind the
solo accuracy display, making it very easy to read.

Adding support for a new file, if present: "soloframe.png" - will be
auto-scaled to slightly larger than the boundaries of the solo accuracy
text (depends on settings, decimal points, etc)

Implemented in r386.

Note: this is a dynamic solo frame. It should automatically re-shape and re-size
itself to just barely surround the solo accuracy text. For example, if only solo
percentage is shown, the box would be smaller to match.

It should also automatically move itself to match wherever the user has the solo
accuracy text set to appear.

this is still not finished yet, doesn't work correctly in all cases... not sure why yet.

It was resolution-dependent... this has been fixed and confirmed to work across
resolutions in r388.
