Имеем:
ОС: Win7 x64
Флай: r500a74 x64
Функция автоматического скачивания файл-листов включена (т.е. флай сам качает много файл-листов).

В приложении видно, что флай не отображает пиктограмму скачиваемого файл-листа.

Вы имеете в виду столбец статус ? там где прогрессбар ?

В столбце "Статус" в прогрессбаре.
Если ткнуть ПКМ по пользователю в чате и выбрать "Скачать файл", то файл-лист будет скачиваться с пиктограммой папки (во вложении это видно).
