A project from Andy Mcintosh and John Wright to release a set of Flex controls and underlying collections to support filtering across large datasets. The controls and collections are coded for the most part in the clean component model dictated by the OpenFlux project. At the heart of all the controls is FilterableCollectionView, which uses a custom indexed string algorithm that is super fast compared to other AS3 filtering methods. On top of this collection, we have built several useful controls that we are releasing in this project.
