I'm designing an Adobe Flex graph control which will be fully extensible to build custom modules to do things like create:

• Date pickers
• Number pickers
• Equalizers
• Interactive thermometers
• Interactive charting
• Custom tick marks / grid layouts
• Interval generation (Sep 2011 - Mar 2012 but blocking out all of January, 2012)
