Fitnesse Editor is an Eclipse plug-in which helps you write fitnesse within your Eclipse IDE.

Install and Update

From your eclipse's Help -> Install New Software
http://fitnesse-editor.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/fiteditSite/

Key Features

  • Syntax Highlighting
  • Tab Title Replacement
Displays the test name instead of the actual filename (content.txt). This will help you find tests quickly.
  • Outline Linkage
Even if it's a long test page, you can find the section which you want to check easily.
  • Folding
Quick Resource Search for FitNesse Tests. You can use the same syntax as Eclipse's default "Open Resource"
  • Open In Browser
This feature enables you to open a fitnesse test you are editting now in your default browser from a right click menu very easily. (You can configure the URL prefix at Preferences page)
  • Formatting
Provides the same formatting feature for Eclipse as FitNesse wiki page has.
