Generating a thumbnail with fixed width and height is not possible yet. This 
patch adds an optional filter for vertical cropping or padding (with black 
pixels). Together with -s, the user can now specify both width and height of 
the image while maintaining the correct aspect ratio.

However, I'm not sure about the name of the flag. All good abbreviations I came 
up with (v,h,c) have been assigned already ;)
