We can reproduce the issue; it seems to be related to libav's h264 header parsing corrupting the heap.

Well now I'm not sure if that's even related, what's the source of the sample (x264, BDMV, etc...)?

@tgoyne The sample links to malware. I also doubt is reproducible anymore. Can you close this?
