feedtime

Automatic download of nzb files from rss feeds

On the NMT platform, this application is an awk script that downloads nzb files from an RSS feed and puts them in the nzbget watch folder.

Feedtime 20100501-1 or better can runs 'headless' (no GUI) on Linux platform ( see LinuxDistro ) - To implement a gui port for non-NMT linux see GUIPort

It has the following features: * supports http cookie authentication * supports https/ssl * supports link transformation/url re-writing to force rss links to be download links. * supports auto-unzipping of .zipped nzbs. * Uses a simple but powerful scoring system so you can avoid duplicates, but can still prioritise xvid if no 720p , or download a proper if one appears , or download from certain release groups if no other choice. * If a download is superceded by one with a higher score it can attempt to cancel it from nzbget's queue. * Filter nzbs by size. * Filter nzbs by par percentage. * For older versions of nzbget (ie with NMT firmware) it can do scheduling. * Runs with full GUI on NMT platform using the built in sybhttpd webserver. (no apache, php needed) * Runs 'headless' (no GUI) on Linux platform ( see LinuxDistro )
