Describe details of the issue below:
Even though SHOWNORMALWHENSMOOTH is set to 1 in both the universal
smokeview.ini and the CHID.ini, Smokeview is still "loading smooth blockage
data" when starting up and then proceeds to "Smoothing blockage x of y in
mesh z" which takes considerable time. Looking at the model in Smokeview is
also much slower with smoothed blockages. Turning geometry to hidden and
then solid again briefly shows them as unsmoothed, but Smokeview soon
smooths them again.

I added an option (see Smokeview test build 1257 on download page) to smooth 
smoothable blockages at startup.  The default is to smooth blockages when Smokeview

starts up. 

To turn the option off, select the menu item under Geometry>Blockages .  Then save

the ini file to store the setting.

Post back how this works.

Seems to be working perfectly. Tried it on a couple of different models and toggling
SBATSTART in smokeview.ini or chid.ini worked in every case.

Thanks for the quick implementation of this.
