FDO Toolbox requires the following components be already installed:

• Microsoft .net Framework 2.0 SP1 (http://www.microsoft.com/DownLoads/details.aspx?familyid=79BC3B77-E02C-4AD3-AACF-A7633F706BA5&displaylang=en)
• Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 runtime library: (http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=9B2DA534-3E03-4391-8A4D-074B9F2BC1BF&displaylang=en)

As of v0.7.1 the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 runtime library is optional. It is only required if you are not using the FDO distribution that is bundled with FDO Toolbox.
