I'd tried to use FDO Toolbox on a NEW and EMPTY windows box
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download and install Instant Client 10.2 (works good, tested with sqlplus)
2. Download and Install FDO Toolbox 0.7.5
3. Create a new data connection (oracle 10g) 
2009-05-12 09:41:04,468 [1] INFO - Test successful
4. Press Connect
2009-05-12 09:41:26,624 [1] ERROR- 
2009-05-12 09:42:01,984 [1] ERROR- Failed to connect


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 A windows with a huge error message appears.
The application canno't terminate

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FDO Toolbox 0.7.5.873
Windows XP SP2

Please provide any additional information below.
