When event logging is enabled for a HTML element, we currently don't distinguish between the types of events. We go through the list of all events we have defined[1] and apply them. This doesn't make sense, since events are object specific. Also since Firefox offers much more event types[2], we may want to support them in the future, too. See issue 6403.

What should be implemented/improved?
Instead of applying all events to an HTML element, we should filter the events to the ones that are available for the clicked element.

Is there any visible difference compared to registering for everything?

Yes, sorry if that wasn't clear.
