What should be implemented/improved?
When editing media queries of @import rules the user should get an indication whether the query could be saved or not as it's done for CSS style rules and properties.

Test case:
1. Open Firebug on http://philarcher.org/diary/2011/importrules/
2. Switch to the CSS panel
3. Click the media query of the first @import rule (@import "red.css")
4. Type "111" (without quotes)
=> There should be a red halo around the inline editor indicating that the entered value is wrong.
5. Type "(min-width: 200px)" (without quotes)
=> There should be a green halo around the inline editor indicating that the entered value is correct.
