Issue 5372: An iframe's console.clear() call should only clear its own console messages.

Submitting per Honza's request: An iframe that calls console.clear() should only delete console messages that it, the iframe, had originated. The current behavior is that all console messages are cleared regardless of origin. Without this feature, web development debugging methods are hampered.

See https://code.google.com/p/fbug/issues/detail?id=4993 for history and the test case.

For completeness:
In issue 4993 Honza asked if we should introduce a preference to disable console.clear().

It sounds like a cleaner solution to bind console.clear() to its origin as Nate suggests.

Honza, what would be the reason to create a new preference to disable it completely?

There is no extra reason, using origin sounds better.
