The Options Mini Menus currently just show the Panel's name as title when hovering them. Instead there should be a short description of what each item does. Because this is a general UI problem, it's not dependend on a specific test case.

Yes, I would like to have tooltip for every menu item in Firebug. We can start with option menu items.

So far, patch at 7172 avoids displaying of the wrong tooltip for option menu items.

Sorry for taking this over, Honza. I assume you currently didn't work on that. I added descriptions to all options in r12708. I didn't add tooltips to other menu items though. For this I created issue 5151.
