Footnotes and text position modes. Only russian, english, german(thanks to StDo) and spanish(thanks to Logseman) locales are present now.
- Added special function for "Links"->"Go Back" key. In links mode it works as usual, but in reading mode it cyclically shows footnotes and links on page. One footnote per key press. It's better to use it togeter with "small in baloon" footnote mode.
- Increased size of footnote to be shown as baloon up to 2048 symbols.
- Added two modes to deal with text position: "paragraphs" and "percent". Both switch page calculation off.
- Added PNG transparency fix (for white backgrounds only).
