This ExtJS Plugin which is used on any Component with a SelectionModel allows for easy enabling of other Components triggered upon selection change.

By adding this Plugin to your Grid or Tree Component and setting a selection group config on the other components, enabling and disabling those components can be handled entirely by the Plugin.
