Focus has shifted from providing features that Ruby doesn't to learning how Ruby internally works.

This is mostly old code. I fixed it so that it will work on Ruby 1.9 with Ruby/DL2, but it could really need a clean up.

Features that didn't work reliably for me in quick tests (like Object#become) were removed.
