The correct mime-type for ncx files is 'application/x-dtbncx+xml'.

When an opf file specifies the ncx's mime-type as anything else, a warning
should be given.

Quoting from the spec:
http://www.idpf.org/2007/opf/OPF_2.0_final_spec.html#Section2.4.1.2

"Like all other Publication components, the NCX must be included as an item
in the manifest (with media-type of application/x-dtbncx+xml)."

seems like a legitimate bug

this seems to be new with 1.0.1 (1.0 reported the media-type problem with NCX files.)

I'm starting to see a lot of ePubs out there with the wrong media-type for the toc
(there seems to be a lot of "text/xml" media type specifications, possibly due to
some common ePub generator tool). Fixing this bug might nip that phenomenon in the bud.
