Is there is a use case to enable authors/publishers to provide, and reading 
systems to select, the optimal cover image for display from multiple images?

If the use case is valid, and images may vary by color range, dimension, 
resolution etc., then a method to differentiate images based on a property will 
be required on the manifest item.
