There needs to be a way to convey long descriptions to the user of things such
as images, graphs, charts, data tables, etc. The proposed attribute,
ops:describedby, will reference external URIs and can be applied to any
element, not just images. Note: if HTML5 defines its own version of
describedby-- see http://www.w3.org/Bugs/Public/show_bug.cgi?id=10455 for one
proposal-- ops:describedby will become unnecessary and can be dropped.

On the request of the submitter, closing this issue. Native HTML5 constructs
will be used instead.
