your implementation looks quite well organized, but really suffers from a complete lack of documentation. It would be just great if you could offer some insight into the PDP configuration. e.g. the DEMS example is difficult to get going if it is not clear what it actually expects.
I (and others as well, see previous message) would be certainly pleased to join your project to move things forward, as your implementation looks ahead of the SUN-XACML implementation, which seems stalled.
