General Questions
Q. Ok, I see my list, but it's always empty, even while downloading, where's the list?
A. Earlier versions of DLM 4.0 corrupted the download list, to repair the list, select Remove orphans from list from the File menu, then close and reopen the program
Q. Is Tabbed Browsing enabled?
A. Yes, you can middle-click, ctrl-click or alt-click on links or optionally manually open a new tab from the File menu.
Q. On Linux I'm getting an error "/lib/tls/libc.so.6: version `GLIBC_2.4' not found", how can I fix this?
A. We are trying to build a new Linux environment that support glibc 2.3.x, so for the time being the minimum requirement is glibc 2.4, please try upgrading your Linux distro if possible.
Q. Why isn't Flash working within eMusic Remote?
A. Flash many not be recognized properly thus requiring it be reinstalled. Download below:

Q. How do I install the eMusic Remote on my Mac
A. Double click on the install PKG file located within the DMG file downloaded.
Q. Which download should I get for my Mac?
A. For best performance install the one that is specific to your computer, to check if you have a PowerPC Mac or an Intel Mac just:
- click on the Apple menu on the top left of your desktop
- select About this Mac
- read the "Processor" information
If all else fails just download and install the Universal bundle
Q. What is eMusic Remote built with?
A. eMusic Remote is using the Mozilla XULRunner core code and is based on the 1.8 Branch of the source code.
Q. Will eMusic Remote support extensions and themes?

Q. Does eMusic Remote work with Vista, Linux?
A. Yes, eMusic Remote has been tested to work with Windows 98 SE, NT 4.0, 2000, XP and Vista. As well as Mac OS X (Intel & PPC), Ubuntu, Xubuntu, Fedora, Mandriva with KDE and Gnome interfaces.
Q. Can I run DLM 3.0 & eMusic Remote 1.0 at the same time?
A. No, DLM 3.0 is no longer supported.

Q. My tracks seem to have disappeared into a sea of existing music. Into which iTunes playlist are downloaded tracks automatically added, so I can start listening to my recently downloaded tracks?
