The example folder in the README.txt file is listed as

examples/main/java/org/semanticweb/elk/owlapi/examples

whereas the actual location within the package is

examples/org/semanticweb/elk/owlapi/examples

Perhaps it is reasonable to put examples into

examples/src/org/semanticweb/elk/owlapi/examples

so that the folder "example" can be used as an eclipse Java project.

Moved the examples to examples/src and updated the readme file.
