Add proper command line parsing, with options for:

- Skip sanity check.
- Don't commit (or maybe an option for commit).
- Initialising an import branch (add replay:source-url property).
- Verbosity of output.

Also improve output, notifications, and error messages.

Option parsing is there, with command lines:

    replay.py init SOURCE-URL SOURCE-REV [--ignore PATH]... [--verbose]

    replay.py sync [--verbose] [--skip-check] [--commit]

Only setting ignore paths is implemented so far though. Checking and committing happens automatically.

Most command line options implemented in r150 and r167. Only --verbose remains. But it's hard to judge which messages should always appear, and which count as verbosity.

Finally fixed in r181.
