I noticed that fast-hashing fails sometimes on my system.

I also wondered for sometime why some files are paused and hangs in the Queue after they are downloaded. So it was same reason sfv-check failed.

In System.log i get this line on the paused files "Change core setting </storage/file.tar>"

Maybe the user could get a better hint on failed sfv-check/fast-hash ?
Like "Try to disable fast-hashing in advanced settings".

I noticed that the fails was mostly on files smaller than 10 MiB.
Seems also that fast-hash is slower actually on my system.
