Windows Installer

The *.exe files in the download section contain eidle packaged in a NullSoft-Installer. This installer handles the unzipping and sets some registry keys to install eidle as the windows screen saver. To run eidle, java1.4 or better has to be installed on your system. After installation you should visit the preferences (found in the Windows screen saver installation section) to adjust eidle to your personal taste and data.

Hints

• If you have already installed a version of eidle, please uninstall it before installing the new version.
• The installer is tested for WindowsXP SP2 only. If you experience any problems, please let me know.
• eidle can be run thru Windows screen saver activation or via the provided standalone executable (eidle.exe).
• If you use a mode that works with the current screen image, it is advisable to uncheck the "relogin" option in the windows screen saver options.

Feedback
