Include an option for the non-mapped grey models.

Yes, this (grey buildings option in the API) is important for sharing site-specific
views in areas (like New York City) that are well-covered by Google Earth default
buildings. Please add this enhancement as soon as possible.

Gray buildings are available as of 5.0.11655.6079 via the
LAYER_BUILDINGS_LOW_RESOLUTION layer ID constant.
