Photo overlays are now supported (although minimally) via the GEPhotoOverlayViewer
interface. KmlPhotoOverlay objects can be obtained via parseKml or fetchKml.

See the release notes, new Google Earth Plugin 5.0 samples, and updated v1.002 API
reference for more details.

is it possible to enter a sperical panorama photo overlay by clicking on a placemark
in the dom tree sample you have here
http://earth-api-samples.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/demos/dom-tree/index.html i have
been expermenting with kml files from 360 cities. works fine if i double click the
icon on the map but hicups when you select it from the tree. you enter the panobubble
but when you pan you fall out and the viewer controls don't appear.

Can you post this in the developer forum? It theoretically should be possible :)
