What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a placemark with an icon with a hotspot somewhere besides the center
2. Rotate the viewport so that the top faces South (instead of default North)

What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?
The placemark should be clickable/hoverable. Instead, the area directly
below it is clickable/hoverable.

Which plugin version are you using?
4.3.11498.3261

Which browsers and operating systems are affected?
Mac OS X/All
