earlbot originated as a simple title announcer for urls posted to a silc channel. It has since evolved to include functionality typically found in other common bots like seen, tell, karma etc.

earlbot is built upon the excellent [pysilc library] by Alastair Tse and works with version 0.4, and the current 0.5 release.
