earlbot originated as a simple title announcer for urls posted to a silc channel. It has since evolved to include functionality typically found in other common bots like seen, tell, karma etc.

earlbot is built upon the excellent pysilc library by Alastair Tse and works with version 0.4, and the current 0.5 release.
