xref issue #36 we want to be able to build DRgui with VS6: but link to libutil built with
VS2005. should be able to do that by making DRgui a cmake subproject.

Decided to bail on issue #77 and not support DRgui on NT (unless someone
requests it: but now that the source is available some could always build
it after hacking the CMakeLists.txt file to use VC60 only for DRgui).
Documented that limitation.

Downgrading the priority of this.
