Can you guys please make a text version of how to run Dwarf Therapist? Listening to these videos is painful.

For those that don't wanna watch the videos:
To Download DwarfTherapist:
1. Search on top of this Wikia the DOWNLOADS Tab.
2. Download the lastest version.
To Run Dwarf Therapist:
1. Run FIRST Dwarf Fortress (if you don't, DwarfTherapist will give an error message)
2. Run Dwarf Therapist.exe. It'll search in the memory for Dwarf Fortress. So simple.
For those that don't wanna watch the videos:
To Setting Labors on DwarfTherapist:
1. Click on the square matching dwarf'n'job. It'll show orange borders and blue inside. At the right side, the box "Pending Labor Changes" will show that future order, with a green plus "+". (BTW, if the dwarven job was assigned before, you'll DESELECT it, and the box'll show a red minus "-". No more labor of that for you, dorf!)
2. You have to push the button to COMMIT CHANGES. The square stills just blue inside. You can CLEAR CHANGES (all of those not committed) to erase all the Pending Labor Changes.
It's like if GLaDOS went into advertising.
1: Exactly what versions do I have to run for the Rapist not to rape and CTD my DF?
2: Why is the rapist trying to call home? ...and why is it done in the background without asking the user for permission?
Rating: Looks like it could have been a good tool, but 1 minute with the program and I am already happy to go back to Notepad. (Possibility of donation < 0%)
